Disability Determination Service

The DDS (Disability Determination Service) is a federally funded program for families with disability hardships. The DDS seeks validation of student enrollment by requesting records of student work. Our office cannot provide these records without your input and cooperation. We can only validate the enrollment status of a member family.

When interfacing with DDS, be sure to notify them that you are homeschooling your child in affiliation with The Way Home and are responsible for record keeping. Be prepared to provide records of enrollment and your end-of-year report created for the previous school year. Include a mid-year report for the current school year if completed.

Our office can validate your enrollment with the DDS but cannot provide actual school records without your input and cooperation. If filled out completely and legibly, your records should be sufficient. Contact us if you need support.
