SB38 Signed into law by Governor

SB38 has been officially become law. The law doesn’t affect how we operate except if you hire staff as a church school to teach students. The law recognizes homeschooling as a form of education for the first time in Alabama. A complete review by Attorney Eric Johnston who helped develop the bill is provided below.
